i use the 10.0 but not linear(yet lol) i have the 4 foot tall cages and adult chams in them though and the 10 to me seemed to be a better choice being that the fine mesh screen cuts out alot of light so the full amount of the 10.0 isnt passing through..the male seems to chill under his uvb more...
naa not a good idea.. especially if hes injured, thats extra stress..competition for food, basking spots.. etc.. and in an extra large space, it might be hard to treat him or get him out to treat him

some of yall may know i have a baby female panther..sold as a male too young with a gullar edema. ("see water causing edema" thread) she is still eating and drinking like a champ and shes made it in my care for a little over a month now, so she about 7 weeks old now. I had her out this morning...
