I named my boy mako, after the shark lol...he's fast...sneaky and will go for your face out of nowhere lol you kinda gotta be on your toes with him. Im pretty sure he's wild caught. He's awesome :D

generally speaking, the consumption of dead organisms(un cooked) is a no no for non scavenging animals... I try to remove anything dead for sanitation reasons and dead crickets stink lol

That is a good question and im anxious to see the replies. You cant really tell your cham when to eat lol. Maybe the heavy mistings are keeping him cooler then by the time he heats up enough, its late

Yea the lighting for the previous set up wasn't enough. Hibiscus are tropical plants, bright lighting a good watering. :D

the last picture looks kinda like a boy but all the rest say girl. there's some really vividly patterned females though :)

I would say do alot of searches on here and you'll get tons of posts about just about anything and everything female related lol. The previous post has some really good info in it. Follow the care sheet and you'll be ok. :) im raising a little girl myself and I just read what everyone else has...

he very well may be full and digesting all that...wax worms are very fatty. My female ate a ton a crickets and a few superworms and didnt eat for like 3-4 days...then she laid a BOMB lol and starting eating again but ill let one of the pros chime in here with their experience.

Thats interesting. Chirpless crickets th avoid a type of fly. Good find :D
