how do these lights affect the chameleon though? im not to worried about plant growth as the plants are already of good size and are growing just fine, how will it affect the chameleon?

so just a regular screw in bulb from home depot or lowes?

Yes I have 2 different live plants. The lamp is only safe up to 100 watt bulbs. Its just a small clamp lamp.

So i have an extra hood lamp and was wondering if its okay to put another uvb bulb? I already have an 18" reptisun 5.0 bulb would it be okay to put another reptisun 5 bulb in the extra lamp?

The heat lamp is only during the day to help keep heat up. My apartment gets down to Lowe to mid 70s at night so no need for any night warmth. Thanks for the suggestion on supplementing I needed a good plain answer like that hahaha

I'm supposed to get my first cham Tuesday and he is a Kammer cham. I'm extremely excited and cannot wait. I hard a terrible experience trying to get one from FLchams.com but the Kammer folks have been extremely informative and helpful. Soon as I get him I post pics of the lil guy
