I angeled the dome on part of the 24'' fixture and now the tip of the bulb is about 3 inchs from him when hes upsideown, and now i put my finger on the screen for awhile and it doesnt burn me it is warm tho.
The way the cage is set up I just cant see a place to add a real plant besides the bottom plant, the cage is 6' and the top half i have bamboo rods with vines on them. Im up for suggestions.
Lighting: Dome to the left is just a cfl light just for lighting up the cage a little, dome to the right is a zoo med 100 watt basking light with uva, rear fixture is a new 5.0 reptisun 24' bulb.
Plants: ALL are fake even the bottom one.

I think he should be fine. the only issue he might have is finding food. If you make sure there arent many places for crickets to hide you should be fine.
I took this guy in, because the last owner gave up on him. I was really hoping I could help him. I really dont have the cash to spend on a vet, plus ive had terrible experiences with reptile vets. Im in florida.
