Got a picture this morning
Yes it is a wooden viv. The more I research the more I want to free range though, so I might end up just using it for his bedroom and when im out.
I've got some pet store treated branches in there and its on a length of it at the bottom. I think the problem is that its not drying out because its under all the foliage not getting direct heat.
I will get on it first thing in the morning but could there be damage already done? What should I...
Noticed mould today when I was having a clean out! I am going to have to re think some things over the weekend but i just wanted to know how bad it is for the cham's?
So, Wilfred gets misted 4-5 times a day and when I first got him i saw him drinking droplets from the leaves so never bothered with a dripper. I haven't really seen him drink since then but assume he does because he looks hydrated and his urate is always bright white.

Thanks, always nice to know your doing things right :D Silkworms don't seem to be that popular in the uk. I will have a look to see if i can get them online.
Just wanted to check that i'm feeding Wilfred the right amount. When i got him at 3 months he quite easily gobbled up 20 little crickets. Now he's 5 months he is naturally slowing down and i have noticed a few uneaten ones. I would say he is eating between 10-15 sub adult crickets (closer to...
Thought so, first time i tried to handle mine he fell and i caught him mid air! Thought he'd panicked and lost his footing now i'm thinking he did it on purpose! Silly little things aren't they...cute though :D
Wilfred too! Hasn't moved from his basking spot all day and he just looks sleepy. Im thinking that it's because here in the UK it's dropped 8 degrees since last week  Its only 2C or 36F today and some reports saying it might drop to -10!!!
I can't wait for Wilf's first summer when I can...
So I've had Wilfred for a couple of months now and have only really handled him twice. He really doesn't like me going near him, he puffs up, hisses and goes to bite me :( He's generally ok when I'm in and out of his enclosure cleaning etc (unless I get too close) and he will eat bugs from a lid...
Wilf must have really worn himself out the other day. His bedroom is normally behind the pothos (he usually gets all snuggled about half an hour before lights out). Anyway this night he didn't snuggle and when i turned the the light out he just fell asleep where he was! Thought i would share a...
