Don't feed him for a few days and then introduce some crickets. He will eventually eat them. He will be holding out for the worms so it's important that you stand your ground and don't give in!

I would still recommend posting a picture. Things may look fine to you, but to a neutral viewer or more experienced keeper they may be able to spot something less obvious to yourself.

Hi. I am not sure if you are aware but the arm looks a little curved which could mean your Cham has MBD. It could just be the picture, perhaps someone else could give their opinion on it.

I'm not sure about being able to feed certain things to enhance colour. However, I would say the healthier the more colourful. As long as you are feeding well gutloaded and correctly supplemented feeders then this should help. The Repashy Calcium Plus all in one supplement has had good reviews...

I'd want to bring them all home - poor guys. This is why I will never buy from a shop or dealer again. Breeders are the way to go.
