I would not touch her. Put something over the cage and cover her up and let her do her thing. You can look in through the top of the cage but very subtly. She is just tired from digging. Sometimes it takes over a day to lay and they can even sleep in their hole.

I would be careful having chams shipped to homes. A lot of the times if they are sitting on trucks in the heat (I live in Texas) then it is bad news if they don't arrive before 10:30 AM. They would never deliver before then haha. They will always arrive at a hub around 9 am though almost...
