    New cham keeper.

    ow for the questions. He went into a shed 2 days after I got him. Is this "normal", or more out of stress?= Normal Now there are a bunch of tiny white specks on his body, is this left over from the shed?That is his scale's still shedding , def normal I have seen him drink once and only once...

    I own 5 veileds male and female.... size of cage depends on how old the cham is , the handling some are nicer then others but they all are very moody, and the hardiness of the veiled is pretty good as long as u feed the right things and have right husbandry...

    swimming under water is normal as long as they hold there breath which most of them do ....so dont worry he will be fine ... he just having a fun time

    ya sunking eyes = no water intake, but with the noises he is saying she is doing and lethargic sounds like a URI to me

    so far from what i read with the eyes sunken in, and her making noises it sounds to me like a upper Respiratory infection....not good at all get her to exotic vet ASAP cant wait around with this ....

    lol every cham is diff i got one male that used to let me hold him and now only certain times he will allow me to take him out, and then my youngest male wont even let me anywhere near him, my 1 female used to allow me to hold her now sometimes she hisses , but my other 2 females are fine so far...

    thank you for such a quick response , i have 2 males and 4 females my oldest male weighs i think 48.6 grams but he wouldnt sit still so i dont knw if that is tru cuz if it is then he is small for his size cuz he is pretty long i think he around 11-12 months as what i was told

    i got one question i trying to figure out her age but the supplier never told me how old she was i just know she is 10"-13" does anyone know certain inchs they should be after 1 yrs old or cant tell , if not ill give the supplier a call and see if he knws which he should :confused:
