It's a ambilobe panther not sure how old but tiny , I took her outside for the first time and noticed her head was green and cheeks blue , I'm still not sure if its a he or she that's why I ask but I think it's a girl

Is it normal for a baby girl chameleon to have green and blue coloration on her head and face?

My question is would a brand new UVB reptisun 5.0 linear bulb affect a baby Cham to want to close her eyes/ nap ?
