First thing I would do is re-pot it with some "good" potting soil. You don't want to go bigger than 2 in from the pot it was in and feed it with miracle grow. The only bad thing about ficus is they don't like to be moved, so if it's doing good and you move it, they drop their leaves. So you...
Just something to think about when buying an older cham without knowing the owner. Chams get sick but don't show anything until the 12th hour so he may look good now but you don't know how he's been cared for. It would be better to buy one from a member/breeder and know you have a healthy cham...
Chad this is excellent info and regarding the draining, I came up with a simple, easy way that some might find useful. Attach heavy duty plastic to the outside bottom of the cage and cut a small hole to drain into a catch bin.

I would not recommend Vit A at this point it is very easy to over do it and that is another health issue all together. I think your cham looks good and I would bet that he is dark trying to obtain more heat. I would up his basking temp and give him different levels of basking spots so he can...
yes they do and you may notice that they get dull in color too. Chams can sense the weather change and as long as their poops are good and they are hydrated, they should be fine. ;)
This is the free range set up I had for my Melleri. All the sides are open except the one on the right. I got a 10 gal trash can and put a waterfall pump in it and ran a hose to the top of the enclosure. I put a brass water valve on the end and had it at a fast drip onto the fern. Bodie would...
WOW, didn't know I was missed Eltortu, you made my day. Like TP Man said, I did re-home my chams and have been really busy, but never too busy to check in with my cham friends. I see alot of new members and glad the old ones are still around too!
That is normal and the cham is cleaning their eye by sinking it in and roll it around. That's why you should let the cham take care of it themselves or you could cause an eye issue by messing with it.
