That plant you have in your enclosure currently is fine to use but if you notice your cham sampling it often, take it out. It can be toxic if ingested often.

Sunken eyes is a sign of severe dehydration. That would most likely be together with an orange poo. If the tip is orange, it's okay. If it's all orange, it is a hydration issue.
