the top of the cage doesnt have any where to put a light at all... i will look at ways to hang a light, i just hate to have wires hanging in the air :/ but if it helps, i'll do it! thank so much for being so helpful!
dang it! i feel soooo bad for her now! i had no idea! any ideas on how to elevate the light? its just a dome that sits on top of the cage.. i actually have some silvadene from a burn that i had! can i really use it on her? what if she somehow eats it?

The lamps sit on top of the cage, so they are close enough to burn. I just bought a new bulb for one of the fixtures also. Do you think she just didn't realize that she was burning? she has never had this spot, or anything like it before. How can i tell if its a bruise?
I have always been told that you need to remove crickets at night time because they will bite the chameleons when they are sleeping. It is a small bite, but it can still cause them to get infections much easier through the open sore.
also, i dont think they should be housed together :/
My cham has never had this black spot.. i have no idea what it could be. A parasite? a burn? just weird coloration? it has stayed this way for about 3 days now.
