Check the thickness of the tail and look for a bulge near the vent. Males have the bulge and a thicker tail. Also, I sent you a PM :)

You could probably take it to a local screen printing company and get it done for fairly cheap. It's only one color and already black and white

You should probably house them separately. It's not recommended to house 2 chameleons together
