Kush FINALLY hand fed! Before he gave in he actually hissed and lunged at Zack's hand! Then, I guess he figured out that there was food in that hand and he went after it! He ended up eating 3(he missed once). I'm so proud of him! I've been really working on building his confidence around...

I got my guy from a breeder, and I couldn't believe when I opened the box! He was so chunky and healthy looking, a lot like yours. He has been really healthy and is a...
Aww! What a cute little guy! I have a young male veiled myself and couldn't be any crazier about him! Your guy looks very healthy! Good luck with him and welcome to the forums! This place is great! Also, I suggest checking out some blogs on taking care of veileds. There are a few good ones one...
Thank you so much for the update on Gail! That is such wonderful news! She certainly is lucky to have you, though I know you feel just as lucky to have her. You really have stepped up in a great way to care for her and bring her to good health. If only every chameleon ended up in as good a home...
Thank you for sharing that..it is VERY helpful! I've only had my nearly 4 month old male veiled a month and a half, but I've been trying to get him less terrified of me. After having him in a room off by himself for the first couple of weeks so he could settle in, I have now moved him into our...
He was an amazingly beautiful cham! Definitely my favorite of all the ones I've seen(with the exception of my Kush, of course;) ) :D
You have some great pictures of him!
First of all I am SO sorry to hear of your loss! It is devastating losing a chameleon, no matter how long you had it. My first one was only with me 10 days before I lost him.
Do you have any other pets in your home, like a cat or something? Was all of the blood coming from inside or did she...
He is still a little pissy when I try to get him out, but once he's out he's fine. He almost ate a cricket out of my hand yesterday, which was a huge surprise to me! He's coming around slowly! He loves to crawl up and down my arms!
Here is a recent picture of my little guy Kush. I can't believe how fast he is growing! I swear he has doubled in size since I got him a month and a half ago...and he's only 3.5 months!
Wow! Gail sure is a lucky girl to have you as her caregiver! Without you in her corner, noone might have ever found out what was bothering her. I'm so glad that now you know and are on the right path to getting her better! Good luck to you both! I will be watching for updates!
Kush is not my biggest fan. He hisses and carries on if I try to get him out of his cage. When he's out, he will NOT calm down. He just runs up and down my arm. He's terrified of me! I have tried hand feeding. He doesn't want to be anywhere near my hand. I try to spend as much time as I can near...
I am so sorry to hear about Xander. My first chameleon was sick when I got him, and he only lasted 10 days. It is hard , but just know that you did all you could to keep him happy and healthy. I would think he was sick when you got him. I am glad that you have Zozo. Having another to care for...
He looks like my veiled and he is 3.5 months, but I think mine is a bit big for his age, so I would guess that your is around 4 months, but it would be easier to tell if there was something else in the photo for a size reference.
He is adorable! I love the look of jacksons. They always just look so friendly. I definitely want one someday! I love the closeups you got of him! Those eyes of his are just too much!!
