Well, my mil freaked out. We have been staying here for a few months and she gave us out own keys to her van to use when we needed. We have our own car, but sometimes we would need hers if we were out of gas or something. Anyways...now she is saying she is going to say we stole her car. She is...
I tried to sign it, but when I checked that I Was not a european or British citizen, it told me I couldn't sign the petition. :( I really wanted to sign it. I hate to think of people not being able to keep their beloved reptiles and/or amphibians!
Yeah. Worst. Morning. EVER!! :( I was turning left onto another road and had a green light. He MUST have been standing in the middle of the road, bc my husband and I were both looking and neither one of us saw him. There was a car stopped at the light and we honestly think he was talking to them...
She is so pretty! I love the blues coming through!
Trust me...I understand! I can't tell you how many times people have starting singing 'Good golly Miss Molly' to me.:)
Hello and welcome to the forums! Congrats on your new little one! You have received a lot of good advice so far. I can tell that you tried to make him a nice little home. Unfortunately, as you now probably know, he is going to have to have a screened in cage. It should be taller than it is long...
I know that crirckets have been known to chew on chams when they sleep. There have been a couple of times when I have realized that I forgot to check for left over crickets before lights out(I free range crickets bc Kush loves to hunt). When this happens, I just turn on an overhead light or a...
I am so sorry to hear that! :( It is so hard to lose a baby. My first cham lived only 10 days with me. I know how devastating it is to watch one not eat and just wither away. I'm so sorry you and your little cham baby had to go through that. I hope you are able to get another one. A few weeks...
I am so sorry to hear about Gus! I'm glad that you were able to say goodbye to him, though I know it was hard on you to have to watch him pass away. You gave him a great home and I'm so happy that you saved him from those mean people who were rough on him. RIP Gus! You will be missed!
Slinko...I still haven't tried the silkworms...we actually got him to eat crickets from Zacks' hand!
But, yeah, I have been going really slow with getting him acclimated to me. It's taken a lot of baby steps to make it this far, but it is SO worth it! :D
I can't believe how much he's grown since I've had him! He's a great eater. I've never had any other pet that has grown this quickly. You can almost see it daily at one point!!
Hello and welcome to the forum! You will learn so much here and it's a great place to share pictures and tell stories...bc noone but other cham owners seem to understand how much we love our little reptile friends! I agree with the others' comments on substrate, but have to say that his cage...
Well, I got mine from a member on here, her username is BocaJan. He is super healthy and I would recommend her to anyone. I'm not sure if she has any available right now, though. You can also check out the site sponsors, they are all reputable.
Here's one I just took of mine eating!
And another so you can see how big he is. He is almost 4 months, but this pic was taken 2 or 3 weeks ago. This is a link to another thread I started, but you can see the pic there. Hope these help...
Well, mine hisses at me whenever I try to get him OUT of his cage! haha Really, though, that is cute! She wanted to keep hanging out with you! I hope I can get mine to like my company someday!
