What is the white thing in the middle of the cage which appears to be the source of the fog? I know that the mist is actually coming from the PVC on top.
I was agreeing with you that they are overpriced and that they could be cheaper. No need to post and then argue with those who disagree or "no duh" those who try to help support your opinion/question.
Like I said, if people weren't willing to spend it, the price would go down. The last thing a cham breeder wants is too many babies that they can't move. But then of course, some can sell them as "hold backs". Sometimes this is legit but it is possible that they just weren't able to sell them...
Let's be honest, breeders don't do it just because they love it. They do it because the make money. Don't use cat and dog prices to apply to the price of captive bred and hatched juveniles because they have so many more offspring to offset equipment costs. The point is that if you look at it...
thanks, all. I don't know if he is that big. I have never had a panther before or seen one in person. He is about 7 months old now. When he is pissed he looks huge, all other times just solid.
any help would be great. The pics are just huge. Is there a setting on the camera or maybe photobucket that would actually shrink the pics? I tried to resize on photobucket but it did not work.
Sorry for the pics, I didn't compress them and they are huge and look horrible all blown up. As soon as I can, I will be editing and removing the photos.
I just bought my new camera today which I have been dying for, it is a Panasonic DMC-FZ18, a super zoom point and shoot just below DSLR. It will take some time to get it right but here are some first shots.
I never trust importers anyway. That's why I asked him for pics sort of a little reference to VIAAF'S ordeal.
How have you guys not done more with the law? Any kind of civil case? I bet this would make a great case on the People's court.
I personally would rather not start my own colony, so I order small nymphs or female adults only. Only the males can fly. It is expensive to use as an occasional feeder but it is better than gettting kicked out of the house by my fiance. If she even knew I had any roaches, I would be out.
I wouldn't use any 2x4's at all with the UV lighting only to maybe raise the heating lamp off the top of the cage.
Is it a fluorescent bulb? The UV barely penetrates more than a few effective inches. So raising it up would essentially lessen its range inside the cage.
