He's basically a "tour of madagascar" as the Kammers call it! He's a morph cross consisting of: 37.5% Ambilobe, 32.815% Ambanja, 15.625% Nosey Be, 6.25% Sambava, 4.685% Tamatave, 3.125% Maroantsetra I just love the crosses :)

You just have to get him used to you. take it very slow and don't force him to do anything, and if he looks too stressed, leave him be for a while and come back to it. you can put a plant next to the cage or a vine leading from the cage into the free range to where he can climb out on his own...

So Loki has shed, and his stripes are changing! He's going on 14 months now, and I didn't expect this, but since his last shed he just finished today his stripes are changing colors.

This is what mine usually does. He gets all dull looking and has a huge wrinkle on his side from trying to stretch out his shed to pop it. I don't know if you've ever seen the giant "yawn" that they do sometimes and puff up as big as they will go, it's pretty cool! And mine will do that a lot...
