I use a 100 watt common household bulb on my panther, temp on his basking spot stays at 86*

He is about 14 months. I'll try judt using the uvb, a 6500k for plants and my 100 watt bulb for basking. Had to use a 100 to get the temp at 86 degrees in his spot.

I'm using the 10.0 by reptisun on my veiled and a 12% arcadia from light your reptiles on my bigger cage for the panther. You lose about half your light going through the screen. Depending on what size the screen holes are. The bigger they are the less light you lose.

right now i'm running my mister 4 times a day for 1 minute each time. as soon as i get the drain system done i will up it to 2 minutes 4 times a day. first misting is at 7:30 when the lights come on second is at 10 third is at 2:30 and last one is at 6:30

Pump says it is 80-115 psi, plenty of pressure to run a misting nozzle. Im going to use the ez mister nozzles that are the quick connect.

i ordered a pump and power supply. i'll post a link to fittings for the pump when i get it and get it working. really didn't need another misting system but for 25 bucks i thought why not? i can use it on my single cage after i get my double built.

have you considered using a heated floor? you can lay your vinyl or tile right over it. we did this in our bathroom and kitchen. Keeps the floor nice and warm. it is more expensive but in the long run well worth the extra price.
