Yes, a baby that age should be eating more than 3 crickets a day.... and you will want to use something other than what you are curreclty using for gutload... cricket crack is a good "dry gutload" but that should still be used in addition to a wet gutlaod consisting of vegatables...

As others have mentioned subtrate is not recommended... the floor should be left bare as subtrate is abreeding ground for bacteria... and I would not risk spraying anything in my Chams enclosure that "claims" to kill bacteria...
