Do you still have the subtrate in the bottom? If so get rid of it, it can be a breeding ground for bacteria... not to mention if your Cham ingests any of it it could cause impaction and or choking. But on the other hand gorgeous little Veild! Congrats!:p

Oh and.... As others have already mentioned at risk of repeating obviously get the subtrate (bark) out of the bottom.... the cage floor should be left bare for several reasons... first subtrates can be breeding grounds for bacteria as well as impaction or choking hazards but also a bare...

He is beautiful but...... As others have already stated if you wish for him to be healthy you must get your set up and care correct... this means proper feeding & supplementation, proper lighting, and proper enclosure of screen and appropriate size also proper humidity. Here are a few links...

I agree with what is being said here... And can tell you that this is not only true of reptiles but most "animals" you import. There is a high risk of being scamed and either you won't get it after it is paid for or you will get something it just likely won't be what you were told it would be...
