As the others have said... calcium/supplementation venting.... if this is the first you saw it I would not worry... just watch your dusting and mist him which should help work it away... not a biggie... so don't freak out... you'll be fine & so will he. :D

Could be... a prolapse.... I would think if it's poop that is you soak him in some warmj water it would come right of... if it doesn't then I would think prolapse.... just don't pull at it... A Vet appt may be in order. Good Luck....... :o
