Name says it all! What does a chameleon like the veiled eat mainly in te wild ? I'm sure crikets and superworms arnt his regular diet haha! But correct me if I'm wrong ! Just like to see what you guys think! Any ideas or opinion let me know !

I hope you newer one lets you handle it a bit ! Charmander (name of my chameleon) will still not eat out My hand but he eats about 4 to 6 crickets a day and hunts (or waits till they walk by him he a little lazy sometimes) so it's good ! Thanks everyone again!

Hi I just got my veiled chameleon 2 days ago and I know they don't like to get handled most of the time ! But my question is is there a way to get him to climb on a stick or my hand to take him out with our grabbing him for reason like cleaning the cage or vet just incase I do need to take him...

for the veiled chameleon his back feet has like a little toe in the back like a bump ! but i couldnt tell you for yours maybe its the same! hope someone give you a better answer then me ! good luck nice chameleon btw :)

Hi guys ! Just wanted to say today I got my new 6 month old veiled chameleon ! Right out if the box he ate a cricket he loves his 6 fret tall cage ! He even ate some leaves of my chameleon freedly tree ! And he so happy ! Ill post pictures soon his name is charmander ! Hehe :D so happy !

Yeah I was thinking it might hurt his eyes ! Just making sure ! Thanks guys I bought 36" 5.0 tube for the top of his cage it should do the trick :D ill keep a eye to make sure he has everything he needs and in Heath ! Thanks again guys

Hi there I just finish my 6'x2x3 cage. I was wondering of 2 48 inch 5.0 uv light enough or to muh ? They would be place on the side ? Or should I get smaller ones and put them on top? Thank you
