Someone told me to get rid of the heat lamp im using and just use a regular house bulb because chams are more used to the light that a regular house bulb gives off. Is this true because my cham seems to like his heat bulb pretty good. Thanks

I was wondering if it is necessary to have a live plant inside my chameleons cage because my nursery is out of the plant I use which is hibiscus. So is it ok if I just have artificial things inside his cage. Thanks.

Your welcome. I have heard that females tend to be grumpier than males are also. Good luck with her in the future and i hope she starts to come around so you can hold her cuz i love holding Levi, even though i dont think he likes it sometimes lol.

She is a cute one. Dont you try and tame her to become more sociable. I put food in front of Levi and make him walk on my hand to have to reach it, that way he gets used to me. I also always hand feed, that way he knows my hand is what feeds him.

Yes they are very interesting and awesome reptiles. I would say easily the best reptiles to own. I really want to get a panther chameleon. Is Teal'c the name of your cham and what kind do you have.
