    The cage had lots of foliage. It was on a 3 foot microwave stand.

    I was extremely concerned, and i pay close attention to temperature. Its just that my house is freezing, so i thought I'dtrya 100w bulb, and see how much heat it puts out. -Steve

    Egg binding, Dehydration, and she wouldn't eat, just to top things off. EDIT: stress, and 9 degree indoor weather could also be factors.

    I misted 5x a day, dripper 2-3 hours a day. She stopped drinking. Its natural while egg laying. I did. a 12" deep flower pot of sand. after day 5 i dug her a hole. she crawled in, but no activity. 14 months. Thanks so much laurie!

    My dad looked in the enclosure this morning. Her eyes were sunken (She was severely dehydrated) and pale. I cant bury her, with the ground frozen solid (-40) so I dont know what to do. Remember: keep the temps 79-81, or there's a higher chance of egg binding. -Steve

    Not really... lose substrate definatley does. Paper towel, Newspaper, Rubber mat, PVC, or nothing are best. -Steve
