#1: I think you should take the sand out. Chams are arboreal(tree dwellers) and usually don't ever encounter substrates of any kind, you wouldn't want her to accidentally eat any while going for a cricket or something.
A florescent light means nothing to a cham, it must have UVB spectrum...

what your opinion of super worms, and how is their care? I have seen cans of live ones at petsmart, but didnt have the guts to get them. may go out tonight for some.
regular calcium every day, switch off between a regular multivitamin and a calcium with d3 every other week.
I am in north phoenix, bell rd. I have been to arizona exotic predators and prey, cave creek and bell, but they charge MORE for a brown cricket than petsmart. :eek:

yes... I have researched. I have not had any supplements at all before this batch, so I'm not sure how I could be over supplementing. I have had him a week and a half. From what I have read, and what people have posted here, the Ca+ is ok to dust every day.
my crickets are gut loaded and fresh/live, the meal worms (dried) I only give him once.. maybe twice a week one worm. not even close to every day. I can't even remember the last day I gave him one.
I'm not sure of the nutritional value, I just figured a little variety would be nice for him. I...
Repashy Calcium Plus is the bomb!! I added a cup for feeding to Gideon's upgraded cage, dropped some crickets and a freeze dried meal worm in there all coated, he devoured everything!!! He has only eaten a meal worm one other time... this time he scarfed it like theres no tomorrow. First day...
