Costco didn't have these. At least not online. Here are two close-up photos that show that velcro system that holds the net in place. Looks pretty secure. Note one is an upright version.

Looked it up and the reviews said will only last 1 to 2 seasons then parts deteriorate. No source for replacement parts. Seems like an issue but maybe someone else can check into it too Otherwise I think it may be useable for an outdoor range. i would also want to see if there were any...
