Please no HOT water, warm water
Try it on your forearm like you would a babies bottle.
I don't even point the stream on him he just gets the splashes.
Please let us know how your slightly warm misting works out.

I like this forum but I don't like when posts are blown out of proportion and made into an argument. I don't come here to argue!
Anyone that took the time to read this entire thread and other would know no one ever slighted anyone's photos nor said...
I went back and took about a hour to read some of the past photo contest threads and those that suggested any kind of "participation medal" were shredded by other members.
However I want to suggest this idea again.
Why not have those that take the time and trouble to participate get something...
Where the heck did this come from.??
My suggestion was not to have everybody win or get something. That would be silly.
It was an idea on what to give to 2nd or 3rd places.
The English language can get twisted sooo easily. Our conversation was about our belief that many members really don't...
Hard to say. I have some chams that love being sprayed and others that go and hide when I mist. I have a handheld mister not auto
I never mist directly at their head or eyes. And of course a fine mist only. They like warm water not cold.
Here's Memphis in the photo he loves going in the shower...
No need to explain. I hold my chams all the time. Memphis my 5 month old begs to get out of his cage to be held.
I think your photo is creative. It was the holiday theme after all.
I'm right there with you piglet.
I have spoken to Brad about how to make a photo better, but I can see he is a one man show. That's a lot to handle for one person. Also I must agree that some members win over and over again. I've heard the gump about conspiracy but that not it, but there is...
Here's a thought.
Limit the amount of times anyone can win in a period of time. Share the love, if you know what I mean.
Not everyone has the means or know how to post studio quality photos.
If it is not a "photography forum" as Olimpia states in this thread,. then why not give everyone a...
You know I have always wondered this same question. When they are housed in this communal free range - How do you keep the males from hurting each other?
Mine free range each on there own tree and separated enough that they can't reach each other. And I do keep a close eye on them. I have a...
it is simple. The world isn't perfect. This forum isn't perfect. The people on the forum aren't perfect. Not everyone is always going to agree. Not everyone is always going to be happy. Even though this is all true, remember that this is a forum shared by all sorts of individual ideas and...
Check out this youtube video
Documentary on Madagascar
Has lots of really nice close up video of chameleons of several types in the first half. Showing slow-mo feeding, and color adaptation to terrain and habitat
Enjoy :)
