it is good to only breed them once a year saves the animal all the work of egg laying and producing. but they can lay retaining clutches with only beening mated once so oneinteraction could end up with at least 2 fertile clutchs.
hello congrats. but take the eggs off the sand and get some vermiculite. and second never spray or put water derectly on the eggs it starts mold and bad stuff. after a couple months you can probly candle them to see if there fertile.
i would do it if i was 2 years older and had a car. i have all the same animals as you. it would be like what i do now. exept i dont have 28 chameleons.
ive never heard of a cage having to many plants but i really think it depends on the eyes of the beholder if you think it has to many than you can take some out but there should be a lot of coverage in the tank.
ive never heard o f someone marking chameleon eggs. i do the same thing as you for my crested gecko eggs to make sure i dont turn them over but never heard about it for chameleon eggs.
it is legit i did it in the beggining of febuary i bought the crickets and put a comment in the comment sect. that i saW the add in reptile magazine and they sent me the crickets with about 25 small silkies.
hello the baby is doing good still looks the same he started eating about 3 days after he hatched so he has got a little bigger. his clutch mate has yet to hatch but should hatch this week. i will do a update when the other one hatchs.
they are nocturnal so they out at night time and about the baby food i would get rid of that and start giving them crested gecko diet. baby food has no nutrional value. and if there trying to adjust to there new home i would lay off on the handling for at least a couple days.
