What is the tablet called? Like, model. I was waiting for Asus to release their t101h, but I couldn't wait any longer because I really need a netbook for school. Even though I really wanted it to be a tablet one. :( I do have a Wacom tablet, but it's just not efficient for taking notes at school.
I keep my crickets in a plastic ziplock bag. I only ever have about 20 in a bag at a time though. I then pour a tiny bit of calcium powder in the bag and lightly turn the bag a few times to get the crickets in it. In order to give them to my chams, I open about 2-3 inches of the bag and slowly...
I just gave Aurora her meds, and noticed that her saliva is a little sticky/slimy/stringy. I will be letting the vet know tomorrow morning when I call, but does anyone recognize this as a sign of something? Just for extra infor, during her exam on Monday, the vet inspected her mouth and said she...
Thank you. My vet called this morning to ask how things were going, but I'm afraid she still hasn't laid. He told me to wait until tomorrow or Thursday. It's so hard having to just let her be and hope that she pulls through. He said that we will give her something to induce it if she hasn't laid...
I received a Toshiba Mini NB205, clothes, perfume, and chocolate from my mom. From my boyfriend, I received a Nixon watch (the Newton), a Dakine backpack for school, and a nice new case for my phone. Along with those, I also received a Coach key chain and nail polish, and couple of gift cards as...
Most chameleons love dandelion greens, unfortunately they are hard to come across. I get mine at my local farmer's market (Sprouts). If you can find those, I'm almost positive your guy will eat 'em. I'd call around and ask before you make the trip out. :)
Update
I just took her (Aurora) to the vet. She was given two injections while there: one for dehydration (not sure on the name of the fluid), and one shot of calcium gluconate at 10%. The vet also gave me a two weeks supply of calcium gluconate at 23% that I give orally twice a day.
She...
At this point, I would go ahead and make a vet appt. before she becomes worse, like mine.
I am in a similar situation, only mine is doing much worse. No moving, sunken in eyes. I have a vet appt. for her this afternoon.
Should I not mist her while she is in her laying process? I do not have an automatic mister.
Honestly, I don't think she can see me. Her eyes are closed, and still sunken in.
She hasn't had it long enough to refuse it, but I am scared of making the wait any longer and/or stressing her more. She has at least 8 inches of digging room (downwards) and a few inches on every side of her to spare.
I will let it play out for most of today, and if nothing goes through, I...
One of my two veiled female chameleons has a clutch of infertile eggs. She is approx. 7.5 months old.
It was about two days ago that I noticed the weirdness. She stopped eating, and her eyes began to sink in. Thinking it wasn't because she had eggs (I keep both the girls' temps in the low...
Oh man. That really stinks. I can't believe how bad the crime is out there. My neighbor here in Gilbert moved out and left his garage open, his sliding back door wide open, food and decent furniture still in the house, and no one has been by to vandalize or steal anything. It's been months even...
Syn, can't your mom use her birth certificate as ID?
It really sucks to hear about things like this, especially around the holidays. People are horrible.
Your parents, and even you, should ALWAYS get two ID's. It's $4 to order an extra online in AZ. Trust me, it's totally worth it when...
I saw it in 3d as well, but in RealD, not IMAX. From the reviews I've read, and my own personal experience, RealD makes for a much better viewing experience. The glasses aren't those goofy red and blue paper things, you can view the movie perfectly even if you tilt your head (unlike IMAX), and...
I saw one on a Prius that said, "EAT MY VOLTAGE!" but I also saw one on a diesel truck that said, while pointing to its exhaust pipes, "Prius Repellent".
