I agree. First things first, try removing her friends. Next, put in a laying bin, even if you and your vet don't think she'll lay. It's best to have one in there anyway. If the cage isn't already placed somewhere high up (as long as the bottom of the cage is at your waist, it should be fine)...

According to my vet, the ReptiSun 5.0 isn't nearly enough UVB. I use the 10.0, and he still said it's not enough. I was suggested to use mercury vapor bulbs. Also, most UVB lighting needs to be replaced every 6 months or so.

Did you clean your hibiscus well before you gave it to her? Is the soil fertilizer free? Have you ever seen her try to eat the soil? Are you giving her supplements? Are you using substrate in her cage? A lot more info needs to be given...

Usually, you can just set the bowl on the scale and zero/clear it out. That way, it will only count your cham (or whatever else you put in the bowl). It's much easier to do, if you have the ability to, no setting anything to negatives or weighing anything other than your cham.

Is your UVB light source a tube style or coil style light? I'm not saying it's the solution to her problem, but it should be a tube style bulb. The coil styles have been known to cause health problems. Also, just for basic care of her, if you have any substrate in her cage, that should be...
