Do you have them separated into their own tiny containers? Superworms are different from mealworms when breeding super have to be separated and removed from their food source they will not pupate in large groups. look at post #6 https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/superworm-breeding.108749/...

It is best to alternate every week the calcium with D3 and the multivitamin. Are you also using calcium withOUT D3 at every feeding?

I have tinted plexi glass halfway up and across the bottom and sealed it together then I have about 7inches of dirt then 2inches of coconut fiber. Not I don't have a drainage system I just done overwater too much all allow the dirt to dry some before watering down there I mostly mist the top...
This is what i did with mine, i fully planted to bottom with a ficus and pothos. First picture is when I got the cage and then how I changed it if this helps.

that sounds like a giant glass viv, 24" x 24" x 48 is the minimum size an adult male needs soyou should be good there unless you want him in a bigger cage. Everyone here says the bigger the better. Like @oneillchameleons said at 18months he should be fully grown if not almost there and wont get...
You could use a stick or dowel rod and coax him onto it. I took mine to the vet last week and had him in a shoe box with a dowel rod taped in it for something for him to hold on to. You can take him in anything around the size of a shoe box and it works great as long as you have something taped...
You should post a how to on making these they are awesome! Nice and space saving but very effective and cham friendly. I'm most interested in how you made the light/dripper/case combo
