Gosh i really didnt know they were like that i guess i was just a lucky one i never had a problem getting in contact with them except once when i called about 5 or six im glad tho i like that bloodline alot. Wish i could have got some butterworms tho lol.

Have you tried callin about this time before impretty sure he does phone stuff and orders in the morning and takes care of the animals in the afternoon i never had luck reachin him after lunch but anytime id call in the morning he did answer.

I never emailed them but anytime i called before noon they answered the phone.
