    Mulberry Leaves

Cool, good idea. It has been dry around here lately and the leaves I have been feeding often dry out before they are consumed.. I will give this a try!

    Good enclosures uk

Those drainage bases made me a little jealous that I couldn't get one here in the states; then I saw the price and I feel a little better! Great looking cages though :)

About to make a big purchase

I made the same mistake for my first chameleon and bought the medium 16x16x30 for my 3 month panther. A week later I was upgrading his cage size. Just trying to save you some money and time :)

    Puff puff pass

I hope these chameleons are suffering from glaucoma! I hear the cricket lobby in Washington DC is strongly against legalizing pot for chameleons because of their fear of chameleon munchies :D

    Malcolm versus Snail

Yes, wild caught snails carry parasites so I breed my feeder snails and move the eggs to hatch and grow in an isolated tank to minimize risk of parasite infection.

    Favourite calcium?

Hi Sandra! Just to be clear, can you advise if there are vitamins/minerals in calcium plus that aren't in Minerall-O besides D3? Thanks!

Any tips on keeping crickets quiet?

Use only sub-adult crickets. Buy them from the pet store every other day in small batches so they never become noisy adults. Also, switch to other less noisy insects like dubia roaches, silkworms, etc.

    Favourite calcium?

How often do you dust with the outdoor minerall? Is it an everyday like calcium plus without the D3 or a bi-weekly like herptivite. I currently use a calcium plus / plain calcium mix (50/50) on all bugs with a poor phos/calc ratio but would prefer to take D3 out of the picture all together...

About to make a big purchase

Welcome to the forums and congrats on your new chameleon!! Looks like a good list. I agree that you might as well go for the bigger cage. He will need 2x2x4 as an adult so either get that or the 18x18x36 and then upgrade. The medium reptibreeze will only last you a month or so before...

Extreme Makeover - Malcolm's Cage Edition

Thanks! I love the added color and the cool root system of the orchids and so far so good. I put two in Moe's cage about a month ago and they haven't lost any blooms or leaves yet. I am using phalaenopsis orchids and I just point a mistking nozzle at their roots and let them get wet 4x a...

Extreme Makeover - Malcolm's Cage Edition

Malcolm's cage was due for a good cleaning, so I decided to spruce up his place with some new plants. Let me know what you think! I added an additional bend a branch at the bottom after seeing this photo and how much space was freed up in the bottom third of his pad. Malcolm...
