Well, I'm a new member two with no chameleon experience... just thought I would welcome you and say that these are great forums with some awesome people... I have got so much help with my new jump into chameleon keeping, and sure you will to with your breeding.
Good luck with the eggs and...
Hey thanks! It is a 22 gallon enclosure, if my math is right.
I will now take out the substrate... would using paper towels be acceptable??
I think I will go with a Jacksons... is 60% humidity enough as an average for them (with mistings bringing it to 80% twice a day)?, or should I go...
OK, since this is my first cage setup, I thought I would run it by the experts here on the chameleon forums.
I set it up for a test run that will last as long as I can get conditions right and make up my dang mind about which species to get. But anyways, I would appreciate any feedback on...
Wow reptimom, thanks for bearing the bad news actually. I would hate to lose my chameleons, that would put a damper on my first attempt at keeping them. So thanks. I have already sent some emails to LLL asking if they are CB's or wild, so we will see. I will also check out First choice...
Thanks,

Well you said you would get info up... so sorry, just thought I would ask.
Has anyone used LLL reptile to order a live reptile? I would really like to hear their reputation before ordering. What places do you guys use and trust to order live animals.
I have NEVER done this in my life, and it will be difficult for me to order without inspection of my precious...
Thanks! I will be sure to do that. How do you do a fecal? I am guessing a vet would have to do that. How much did it cost? What were the treatments?
Sorry about all the Q's...
Thanks so much for the information, it was great, I am very pleased and hope that once I gain some more experience I can give back some good info.
To Dectr6- Thanks for bringing up avoiding wild caught chams... That will be the first question I will ask when I go back tomorrow. Glad to know...
I am looking for some information on the Rudis chameleon. I have a 30 gallon all screen reptarium with UV lighting, heat lamp, dripper, etc. I have just been looking around for the right chameleon.
At the pet shop the other day I spotted a Rudis Chameleon, and I was intrigued, it is very...
