    If you go with 4 bulbs, spread them out or use the combo dome and go 5.0 uvb and a 60w, and on the opposite side do the same. Hope that helps

    Fist thing, thank you. I just use the 60w day bulb and the repti sun 5.0 uvb CFL bulb and it stays in the mid 80s in her basking spot. I need to get another digital thermometer for the lower level. I also live in Michigan so it's still a bit nip out with the wind. So she mostly stays up at her...

    Added a few more bamboo sticks, gonna add a few more in a couple days when she gets more comfortable in her new home. The last pic is when the dog walked in the bedroom, she dont like them at all.

    My vailed is a little bitch, but I love her. Got her from a pet store that had her in fish tank, a small one at that. Smh. Thats probably why she's a bitch. Lol

    Vailed chameleons are hardy breed from the Arabian Peninsula, they'll be fine outside, just make sure they get plenty of water on the hot days.

    Haven't been in SC in a long time. what is your weather like? If it stays warm for most of the year, You can keep your vailed outdoors for most of the year. Feeding: as young juveniles should be fed every day, lightly dusted with calcium. Oh and of course GUTLOAD your feeders with good food...

    You also don't need to get it that hot. Mid 80's maybe low 90's, but that may push it. As for natural sunlight..... the more the merrier they'll thrive, just like your bearded.
