I have a garg and he's great. Shows lovely colors and doesn't mind being handled. In terms of a Tokay, they are much harder to tame and some are just down right mean. I wouldn't recommend anything but a CBB young Tokay if you prefer keeping your fingers! I'm not too familiar with fat tails...

Cresties are awesome. Geckos in general are great. In terms of handling, it just depends on the gecko. A lot of us have cresties, so feel free to ask any questions.

You should also look into Gargoyles. They look like little raptors and require just about the same care as creties. Mine is very active and friendly. I also keep creties as well and have an incredibly sweet female. Just depends on your preference.

I agree! Doing everything yourself is best and cheaper! I've been doing horses for most of my life and I do everything myself. I cut half my expenses working off board and working at other stables. Horses are amazing animals and more than worth it but definitely not an impulse buy!
