The only time I've seen Ivomec used was treating cattle for lice and/or worms!! I have never seen that prescribed for reptiles either. I think the only option is to get to an emergency vet quickly.
The male rescue I am caring for now has these lumps as well, I remember feeling them thinking he had broken ribs too. With the condition he came to me in, it wouldn't surprise me if in fact they were broken at some point in time. :(
I have one cham that acts that way (side of his ficus, down lower to sleep, as well nose down along the branch) usually at the beginning of a shed cycle.
I don't see anything in your info that jumps out that could cause this change, other than what was mentioned - temp?
