    Flap Neck Eggs!!

I posted a little while back about the WC Flaps I got in. Some of you know that I had troubles with the male and lost him. I was quite disappointed as I brought in a trio (1.2) with the hopes to breed later. Well!!!! .......The bigger female laid 23 pearly whites for me today!! :)

    Enemy is sighted.

The first cricket (looking at end/edge of wood) has his thoughts quite clear... his butt pointed towards the dragon! Great picture! :)

    Laying bins supplies

I use sterlized dirt, depending on the type of chameleon, I will add sterlized sand to the dirt. For my Veileds (current ones anyways) they are good with just the dirt mix & the right humidity.

Just bought a cham to save his life....need help.

Joe, I'm not sure how it works in the USA but I do know in Canada, this can & does happen. It requires a little more work on our part here, but our SPCA will get involved, remove animals, lay charges & fines and/or jail time. This should happen more often where required and will if those...

    uggg prolapse, any advice?

Good luck on a speedy recovery. I would suggest limiting his food intake for a little while to ensure smaller movements and less chance of it happening again.

Question: Where would a snake hide?

They do tend to go down as Brock said - check around furnance, hot water tanks - any heat source in the house. After 8 days missing, you should be getting close to the snake wanting food again, so the food bait trap works great at this point. You're best bet is to be looking a night when...

    Homemade water crystals

Michael's carries Water Jewels (little balls) or cracked ice, these are essential exactly what water crystals are. Add water and you have the same crystals as sold in the pet stores. I don't add anything to them, I just use for larger crickets & then provide additional sources of gut load -...

    Unbelievable

I had same problem with my bulbs. The only fixture I could find to use was a 36" for a fish tank.

    Help with a Leo...

They require some D3 - and will eat from a dish when they require it. (Rep-Cal Ultra fine works great for them no being so course) I don't bother dusting any feeders for the leo. I've seen a leo burned by 5.0 UVB lighting so I'm not sure I'd agree that it won't hurt a leo? I know they...

Luna and her progress with MBD

Thanks for the update on Luna, I am glad you were able to get her into the vet. Female veileds do have an appetite bigger than their bellies, do watch that you don't overfeed her. She will gorge and overfeeding will promote egg growth (even infertile if not mated later) & increase actual...

    Small misting system

I had 2 habbamisters at one time, and found one had issues the other worked great. The nozzle directly on the unit I always kept off and found this helped the spray coming out of the other nozzle much better. I've just started using the one again for my pygmy as I cannot put into my auto...
