This is helpful :) I use the cup feeder method and it works very well. I place the cup close to some branches, so my Cham can walk across and then peer down inside, then snatch them up.

I come home from work to see all sorts of shedded skin along the bottom of the cage :)
Baron had a very nice (and relatively quick) shedding! His skin was so nice and shiney.
Mine is 4 months old and it changes colors frequently. When he is out on the branches basking, he turns brown. When he goes back into the leaves/bushes, he turns a bright green.
The feeder cup option works very well for my little guy, Baron, whos is 4 months old. It contains the crickets in one place, then he can eat them at his desire.
Additionally, the 'feeder container' idea works wonders! I just dump a few crickets in there and they start moving out, then Baron will slowly move his way out onto the branch above the feeder and just flicks his tongue. Hah.
I will :) His stripes are much stronger when he turns brownish colors. Maybe its the contrast between the white and brown that makes it so much more obvious.
