My chameleon is in need of vitamin A and i saw that fluckers orange cube diet has vitamin a so if i give the cube to a cricket and the cricket eats it and i feed that cricket to my cham will my cham get vitamin A

But would it help my cham get some vitamin a when i feed the cricket that ate the cube

If i give it to a cricket and feed it to my cham will it be good for the cham is has vitamin E,B-12,A,D3

I think my chameleon is blind on one eye because his other eye is always open during day but the other eye is always shut when i grab him it wont open what do i do i am very worried
