i had my uvb light hanging on the side of my cage at first and well my jacksons loved it he was always green and bright...but now tht i have come up with a way to hang it on top and included a hood..he seems not to bright about the idea,...im thinking of moving the uvb back to the side as it was...

im guessing by over-supplement u mean the calcium and multi vitamins right? i guess the jacksons is a slower cham. but definetly moves around.:)

i have a small jacksons chameleon and well im curiouse to wether they bask a lot or not...my veiled seems to bask a lot,,but this guy is slower..can any one give me some expert jackson advise ? i mean to say on their behavior and what they like. i have a 5.0 reptisun tube 5 in abouv its mesh...

some tips there is need for ventilation in the cage especially during its young years of a cham. they have samll lungs and their lungs are so delicate, having a glass cage is possible but if ur a BEGINNER in the cham buiz, i would NOT recommend it:)..since its a veiled they need more heat than...

your cage should not be a glass enclosure, this traps heat making it a little oven for your cham. you should get a small mesh cage since you have a baby. also try to keep the handling to a minimum,since she is small she is prone to high stress and this may cause her nott o adapt to her...

fed 2 babylizards to my cham wow nice picture! he looks pretty busy haha..well today i was a to my friends house and i saw these 2 baby lizards pass by the wall and i immedietly thought on catching them for my jackson cham due to them being so small i knew he would not have a problem eating...

waterfallzzzz!!!!! i was planning on making a waterfall but when i got around to it it was to messy and well i actually liked it but it kept sprinkling water out of the cage , i guess it was to small, and i kept reading that it coused bacteria and mold and could leed to some eye problems and...

finally i purchased my 24 inch. repti glow tube bulb:D so now im wondering if it would be a good idea to set it up on the side of the cage going vertically down the side of the cage,,or should i just put it horizontally at the top? does the uv need to be fed from the top or does it...

no problem...and why did u take your caps off? dont be discouraged lol :D if u are a first timer with a chameleon i recomend that u get a male due to them not laying eggs..if u get a girl you will be in for a suprise..just a thought;):p
