Does anyone else get made fun of?

I've always been a pretty quiet and solitary person. It's hard for me to break out of my shell. I spent most of my life having very few friends due to my shyness (those few friends that I had are still true friends of mine, so I take it as a blessing). When I was a child, my pets were my only...

Does anyone else get made fun of?

Yes, I do get made fun of from time to time. I am a new owner of a baby Veiled cham. He is about 3 months old. I'm in love with him already. :D My best friend came over one day while I was preparing some organic fruit and veggies to gutload my crickets with. She was like, "That's a yummy looking...

    Who Has Halloween Pictures

I ate a good meal before I put on the prosthetic and make-up. I could drink through a straw. I tried to keep the talking to a minimum to keep my prosthetic in place. That worked out because I mostly grunted, growled and gurgled at people all night anyway. LOL! :p

    Who Has Halloween Pictures

Haha! Thanks! It took me nearly 4 hours to do. Yes, I did scare the crap out of quite a few unsuspecting people. I'll never wear a cutesy costume again. Being disgustingly gruesome is waaay too much fun. I'm 30 yrs. old and I still get a kick out of Halloween... :D

    Who Has Halloween Pictures

I was a "walker". LOL! A group of friends and I went to the French Quarter in New Orleans. I scared the heck out of quite a few drunkards...including myself when I looked in the mirror. :p I had sooo much fun...too much fun. ;) This is a pic of my boyfriend and I. There's another of my...

    Just some questions...

I have a baby Veiled cham. :) Make sure that you have all of the essentials before you purchase your cham. A UVB is a must! There's no getting around it. Your cham will need it to produce vitamin D, which aids in the absorption of calcium. Without a UVB, your cham won't live for long. They're...

    Veiled Watering

I have a baby Veiled cham. I usually buy about 60-100 1/4" crickets at a time. I bought a large rubbermaid sweater box to put them in. I just cut a hole in the lid, bought some screen and glued it over the hole so they could have some ventilation. I have 3 empty cardboard egg cartons and some...

i went to petsmart this gets me pissed

I've had experiences with shop owners not wanting to take advice, telling me that they know what they're doing. They are stubborn and tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about. For example, a little over week ago I went to a local pet shop to purchase crickets. I noticed that there was an...
