Really? even if you where about to die? Maybe never see your family again? I would like to say if I found lots of water, fruit and wild boars I would not eat a chameleon.

Under the certain circumstances, I would have to eat a panther chameleon if I needed to survive. Preferably cooked over a fire and not raw. This assuming there was really no other source.:(
No, he's not feisty. He gives a quick bluff, but never follows through with it. He's really friendly for the most part and does not mind being handled. His girlfriend on the other hand is a real bad a**.
This is not something that he will recover over night. Give it some time and still take him to a vet. If spraying him directly triggers a drinking response then thats how you should go about getting him hydrated. Some chameleons hate being sprayed directly while others don't seem to mind at all.
The brand I'm using is called Rep-Cal. They have calcium with vit. D3 and calcium without vit. D3. They also have a multivitamin called herptivite made by Rep-Cal. I use all 3.
Try giving him some juicy bugs like silkworms. Have a dripper going all day and increase misting times. He need fluids. You could warm the water a little to see if he would drink that instead of cold/ room temp water.
