What is your mist scheduale like? I have seen this in cases of slight dehydration, may be mist him first then feed him a little while after and see if that helps ;)

Poor baby :( Honestly physically he doesn't look too bad, I have seen and worked with worse. With some TLC he will be stunning he has a huge head lol While he is outside I would just mist the heck out of him in long durations instead of a shower, this way you kill two birds with one stone ;)...
