I took video of ours doing it & vet confirmed coughing

We have a panther that had done that and it is more coughing than hiccups usually if he aspirated water while drinking or when he was little he had an infection that caused coughing. If it continues get him a vet check up

This year has been quite pricey as we have several chameleons and 5 of them have been to the vet 3 of them had bacterial infections so with each one was 400.00 for gram stain, culture and meds while another had an xray and the last one became egg bound so with hydration, oxytocin and calcium...

Take him in and have him checked for a bacterial infection. My meller and my veiled had one puffy eye they did a swab and culture to find an infection that needed antibiotics and with mellers it is not good to wait to long if you see a potential problem

I do have a male & a female one is 2 mos the other for some reason hatched a month later & Miller's are awesome.our older one took some work but the newer one was social right out the gate

He is a flap neck would love a graceful but have 15 veiled although some are babies for sale we also have 2 panthers 2 melleri & a flapneck
