So do I just keep the hornworms in the frige for a couple days then put them in the cabinate for a couple days..... Or can I just leave them in the frige for a few weeks?

There are differant light spectrums and frequancies... from what I understand. I did get some good advice about getting cheaper fixtures from your local Hardware store. and then you can put Reptile bulbs in them... As far as what bulbs to get. Call Light your reptile.com He is a sight sponsor...
