I wouldn't run the fan all of the time, just for a few minutes about a half hour after misting... just long enough to dry the floor. Then the timer will kick it off again.... It's rather small and not verry powerful....

I usually run if for 3 to five minutes three times a day.
I have a drainage system.... the floor is still always damp.

Wait, just saw that you have a dripper system, that alone will not be sufficient moisture for a panther. You'll want to keep the humidity up around 60%
1.Those plants look familiar to me... I think I almost got one but did not see them on the safe plant list... That alone does not make them not ok... but I would deffinatelly verify all of your plants before introducing the cham.
2.Looks like a large cage, how long is your UVB bulb? I think...

If you want to use pure water... and I believe it is the best. Buy a Reverse Osmosis unit. I believe you can pick one up for like a hundred bucks. The bests place to get them are online saltwater fish stores. You hook it up next to your hot water heater and pick up a trash can or another barrel...
