Oh man I'm sorry, I thought you had pics from earlier....didn't mean to have you bother him. He looks good from what I can see...doesn't look dehydrated. I honestly wouldn't worry too much if he didn't eat that much today just keep an eye on him and make sure he's getting enough water!

Very small crickets or fruit flies? He probably drinks the dew off of leaves....that's my guess, but someone with more experience can hopefully chime in.

I saw some yesterday for $3.49/lb at the international market I went to. They were HUGE, I'm sure your Chameleon wouldn't want those. I'm curious though...are you talking about snails with a hard shell or more like slugs? Is there a nutritional advantage to feeding him snails? It already sounds...

Just watch him for a few days to see how he does over a couple days span. Sometimes they don't eat as much on one day and make up for it on another. What are his basking and cage temps? Is he drinking? How are you giving him water? I'm sure others will chime in but water is probably more...

If he ever complains about his cage show him this thread, and remind him that he is the one who directed you!

Feed it bugs! Give it a nice little aquarium/home with lots of sticks and leaves. That's how I kept mine when I found one as a child.

I'd be an undiscovered species somewhere out in the wilderness living the good life :D

The Babies Hatched!!!! The babies hatched! Wow it was a CLOSE call removing them. The parents look devastated though. They were doing such a great job picking the wigglers off the leaf and transporting them to another leaf. The other fish looked hungry though! Here's a pic of the parents and...
