    loki :)

All of a sudden he's been picky which Is strange because normally I can barely get my hand in the enclosure without him leaping for the food.

    Franklin jr kids

By the way thank you for sharing ! What lineage was the dame from? As for him being "dull" I wouldn't worry, Loki was pretty full for some while and more so recently has started to show some ridiculous neon yellows, reds, greens and blues. I already posted this but just incase you have yet to...

He has hand fed since the day I brought him home. He was just being a picky eater today because it was cricket day, so I had to hand feed him. He has been getting a little to spoiled with roaches.

My veiled does this close to bed time to when he's on my arm. I'm guessing he's just trying to communicate because he's never upset when he does it.

    TOO much foliage??

The way I set my enclousre up was to make a jungle through 2/3 on the bottom, the top is basically a wooden/vine jungle gym with 2 smaller potted plants. My veiled is pretty active and loves to climb through the jungle part for most of day after his morning sunbathe. It's always good to have...

    Egg binding or fine?

What is your bin setup mixture ? How moist is it ? Does she have privacy ? On the second picture it looks like she has eggs but surely I'm not a vet so I can not diagnose anything. Chameleons lay eggs regardless if they are fertile or not. Can I get anyone else to weigh in on this ...

    Petco Chameleon Rant

At the Petco by my house I have actually complain enough that to where they have fixed a lot of their housing issues. I feel that if you talk to the right person in a respectful manor it can go a long way. It's still not an ideal environment but it's much better.

    DIY cages

Just a suggestion- you can purchase an apogee reptarium at a lower price then a aluminum mesh enclosure. They with stand 350 degrees ferenheight because it's commercial grade nylon. The mesh is much more fine and doubled up so it keeps the humidty well and prevents a lot of over spray if you...

    TOO much foliage??

I would honestly suggest switching it out with one big umbrella plant. If it's to thick just thin it out a little. There won't be as much light at the bottom, but that's how it should be. As long as the temps are right through out the enclosure and they have a good basking area it's not a big...
