Did anyone see the specials "discovering ardi" & "understanding ardi" on the discovery channel? I really enjoyed them. they were pretty interesting to me. I guess thats why i'm a weird 15 year old (well 16 in an hour :D ).
What did yall think?
I would love to buy a reptile zoo and have this huge greenhouse. In the greenhouse would be all chameleons! All would be separated by invisible barriers and just have walk through tours. Lol i don't think i would even care if anybody visited because i would be in heaven :D
Thanks guys. I don't think i'm going to get into tortoises. Me and my dad would rather find a nice girl for my male panther thats coloring up real nice.
Thanks guys. I was going to email Tyler but I saw on his website that he was on vacation or something like that so i figured i would wait till he got back and ask around here.
I think its a weird answer. Like there are locales that are "rare" just because of the fact that they don't export them from Madagascar frequently but are abundant in the wild.
Sooooooo I'm going to say there is no real answer to this question.
just my opinion

Well today I got to see my first translucent veileds but it was so sad. This guy had them in a bucket with a bunch (6 to 7) of others about the same size. There was dead ones on the bottom on the bucket, they were stressed, and most of them were missing tails and had scratches all over them...
Well today i saw two large redfoot tortoise at a small reptile show. I kinda fell in love with them. i talked to a guy today and he said or climate is perfect for them, and that he has a few.
Can yall help me with the pros and cons? does anyone have one or a few?
My biggest fears are the big flying cockroaches from down here
in New Orleans and flying, stinging insects such as wasps.
The weirdest thing is that i'm only scared of the local ones like
hissers and stuff i'm fine with. I think it's because you can hear
ours run. they are that big!
